From the floors up this fun 3-bedroom 2 bath house has been completely upgraded.

The master offers a King Bed with an ensuite bathroom and is in the hallway across from the “crew’s quarters”. The second bedroom has a full-size mattress and 50” TV. The “crew’s quarters” is outfitted with bunk beds and a 50” TV. A new 65” TV is over the wood burning fireplace in the main living area with a 65” TV.

The game room boasts an electronic dartboard, a 9’ LED light up shuffleboard table and a roll-up door over the concrete bar opens to bring the back yard and the view of our quiet and private canal. An 80’ of dock space accommodating up to a 40”+ draft 200 yards away from French Bay and all the fun.

The home is quick 2-mile drive to all of Clayton’s favorite restaurants and Bars. Enjoy a great meal or cocktail with friends at any one of our great local establishments. The Hops Spot, Koffee Cove, Shipwreck Eatery, Riverbottom Bar and Grill, Wood Boat Brewery, DiPrinzio’s, Channelside, Bella’s, Lyric’s Coffee house, The Clipper Inn, Island Bay Pier House and many more. Spend an afternoon touring Clayton’s famed Antique Boat Museum or get out on the river with Clayton Island Tours or one of the many great local fishing guides. End your day with a short 10 minute drive (only 6.7 miles) to Gal’s Place for some great ice cream.

SUMMER RESERVATIONS JULY-SEPT ARE FRIDAY TO FRIDAY

  • Our home cannot be rented to an adult group 25 years of age or younger. Young adults and children are always welcome with their parents or guardians.
  • Please confirm the adults in your group are over the age of 25. Let us know if you are planning to invite any additional friends or family which would exceed our maximum overnight guests during your visit.
  • There is no smoking in the house. There is a designated smoking area outside. Pets are not allowed. Alcohol is not to be served to persons under the age of 21 while on the property. CAMPING IS NOT PERMITTED
  • The rate includes all linens, bath towels, WiFi and start up supply of wood for the fire pit.

We had a great stay. The location was prefect, the house was spotless, newly renovated, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We would definitely book again!

We were fortunate to have enjoyed a beautiful weekend on the river! The house had nearly everything we needed, and was the perfect spot to relax and catch up with friends. The dock is plenty big to tie up 1-2 boats with quick and easy access to Clayton and all the area has to offer. We hope to be back!

My friends and I stayed for a long weekend getaway. We were impressed by the well-kept grounds, the cleanliness of the house, and the new/updated feel of the house. The game room is of course a great touch, and the backyard was perfect with the table, fire pit, and grill. Overall I would highly recommend this house for both families with small children and/or groups of adults.
