SUMMER RESERVATIONS JUNE-AUGUST ARE FRIDAY TO FRIDAY
- Our home cannot be rented to an adult group 25 years of age or younger. Young adults and children are always welcome with their parents or guardians.
- Please confirm the adults in your group is over the age of 25, what brings you to the Finger Lakes Region, if you planning to invite any additional friends or family which would exceed our maximum overnight guests of 18 during your visit?
- There is no smoking in the house. There is a designated smoking area outside. Pets are not allowed. Alcohol is not to be served to persons under the age of 21 while on the property. CAMPING IS NOT PERMITTED
- The pool is heated from June 1st to September 1st. If you would like the pool heated during your stay and it is still available to be used we can accommodate this for $75 per day for the entirety of your stay.
- The rate includes all linens, bath towels, WiFi and start up supply of wood for the fire pit.
