We also provide a start-up bundle of firewood for the fire pit.

**We recommend you bring full size zip lock bags to take your food home with you

Check Out Procedures

Collect towels and put them in basket provided DO NOT PLACE WET TOWELS ON BED LINENS
Strip sheets from beds including pillowcases and leave on beds. PLEASE DO NOT WRAP
SHEETS IN BLANKETS. If you did not use bed leave as is. Please do not make the beds.
Give a general sweep & clean. Broom, vacuum.
Place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start before leaving
PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE DIRTY DISHES IN THE SINK.
Take or throw away any opened food items. If unopened we can donate.
Move furniture back to its original location if moved.
Ensure all windows and doors are closed and locked
Pick up any trash on grounds and toys left in the yard and pool area.
Place pool furniture back to the proper location if moved.
Ensure hot tub cover is placed on the tub and secure. Set the hot tub to 85 degrees.
Ensure coffee pot is off
If futons have been used return them to the proper position.
Empty all trash bins and place them in the trash cans that are provided outside.
Turn off all lights
Lock home by pressing the YALE button on the door keypad

**When we have a check out and check in on the same day; our outdoor maintenance staff may arrive at 9:00am and our housekeeping staff will arrive 10:00 on your day of check out to start preparations for our next guests.
