This house is located near Canadice Lake, and guests often rent kayaks from Canadice Lake Outfitters for kayaking excursions. Harriet Hollister State recreation area is less than 10 minutes away, there are so many activities to participate in during all 4 seasons (biking, hiking, hunting, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing).

  • Recreational Fishing: The pond is stocked with bass, sun fish & grass carp.  They tend to like cheese over worms, but you never know!  Bring your own poles.  Cold or heat may affect whether or not you see the fish and/or whether or not they bite. Catch & return.

SUMMER RESERVATIONS JULY-SEPT ARE FRIDAY TO FRIDAY

  • Our home cannot be rented to an adult group 25 years of age or younger. Young adults and children are always welcome with their parents or guardians.
  • Please confirm the adults in your group is over the age of 25, what brings you to the Finger Lakes Region,  if you planning to invite any additional friends or family which would exceed our maximum overnight guests of 18 during your visit.
  • There is no smoking in the house. There is a designated smoking area outside. Pets are not allowed. Alcohol is not to be served to persons under the age of 21 while on the property. CAMPING IS NOT PERMITTED
  • The rate includes all linens, bath towels, WiFi and start up supply of wood for the fire pit.

Our stay at this property was great! It was clean, spacious and private. The property was huge and the hot tub was a great plus! We would have appreciated some chemicals for the hottub as it got dirty very quickly. Other than that, we highly recommend and would love to stay here again!

This was an exceptionally clean and well-appointed property. Although remote, it is what we were looking for. The house was well stocked with the "little necessities"-hand soap, dish soap, laundry detergent. Kitchen was well stocked. Hot tub was a real plus and also very clean. If you need a quiet get away in a serene setting, this is the place. It was wonderful. We will definitely go back.

We celebrated my daughter’s sweet 16 with family from multiple locations at this house. It is a beautiful home with all the needed necessities! The hot tub and game room were great!! Plenty of room everywhere and great endless outdoor space!
